At STECNIC our main objective is that our clients are satisfied with the service we offer them - from the development stage of a new cosmetic, or line of cosmetics, right up until the filling and shipping .We also provide technical assistance for the labels and the necessary documents for the Health department.

All our activities of production and filling adhere to the highest standards of industry processes and quality control. These standards are known as GMP (Good manufacturing Products). The Stecnic laboratory is about to obtain the Quality Certificate ISO 9000:2000.

R+D department

Stecnic, S.A values the innovation, effectiveness and quality in its products above all. That is why our R+D department is informed of the latest trends in active ingredients for cosmetic use. We always use natural ingredients of the highest quality.

In our laboratory we conduct quality controls of all the products and raw materials we receive.

Production Department

In the production department we have five reactors with a capacity of 75kg. to 500Kg., which work in an empty atmosphere with a system of heating and refrigerating. They incorporate a planetary and a homogeneizator.

Our productions have an exhaustive physic-chemist and microbiologic control

The data obtained from our controls is kept in a data base and in a control quality document which is maintained in our files, so every production is identical to each other.

The production of the product is made under strict standards of hygiene to avoid product contamination.

Filling Department

In the filling area we have four chains with different machines adapted for different types of product and packaging. We can fill all kinds of jars and bottles and also have a chain to fill bottles up to 2ml.

As in the production process, container filling is another possible point of contamination. For this reason we take care to work to the guidelines of the Hygiene Institute so that we can guarantee our clients maximum quality.

Environment protection

The protection of the environment is an important aim for our company. All our packaging is recyclable and under the statement of Green Point.

Our residue water is treated in our own purifying water machine.
